The Brand Agency Business Director, Eloise Cribb is appointed chair of the Oasis committee, bringing WA’s marketing and advertising community together to raise funds for The Salvation Army Youth Services

Eloise Cribb Announced as Oasis Committee Chair

Oasis raises funds for The Salvation Army’s WA Youth Services, who provide support for young people within the WA community. Their lives have often been severely impacted by substance abuse, mental health challenges, and unstable home environments.

Over $3 million has been raised by Oasis to date, supporting a range of services and programs aimed at reducing youth homelessness by helping young people build safer, more independent futures.

“2027 marks an important milestone, the 30th year of Oasis. Building on the momentum of the last few years, we have a renewed focus in providing visibility and education on what services and initiatives our funds enable. We know that support isn't one size fits all. Every individual comes with their own story. The funds we raise provide TSA with flexibility to adapt and provide care that is best for the individual - whatever shape that takes.”

Said Eloise.

“Our goal this year is twofold: to raise $175,000 and to directly impact the lives of 30 young people. We’ve introduced this secondary target because we want to ground the monetary target in something tangible, allowing us to quantify the impact we are collectively having.”

She added:

“It would be remiss of us to move forward into 2027, without taking a moment to sincerely thank our outgoing Chair, Michelle Testa. Michelle’s fierce dedication to reengaging the industry and our committee's connection to our purpose, will have an enduring legacy on Oasis and the impact we have.”

Guy Rees, State Manager for WA Youth Services for The Salvation Army, said:

“I am so excited about this next chapter our relationship under the very passionate leadership of Eloise, I also would like to acknowledge the tireless dedication and commitment Michelle Testa has given to this partnership."
"What is always difficult to capture is the significant impact the funds raised make. They enable us to be flexible and creative in providing a continuum of care and support to some of the most vulnerable young people in our community. Thank you never seems enough.”

The Oasis committee are already well into planning for the 2027 ball, to be held at Crown Perth on the 14th of May - the complete refreshed committee announcement will be published in the coming weeks.
