She's a passionate brand and marketing leader that's build her career across global corporates, founder-led social enterprise and high-growth Australian brands, partnering closely with executive teams and boards to drive real commercial impact and cultural momentum.
She’s energised by building brands that genuinely connect with people, loves building high-performing teams and staying endlessly curious about consumer behaviour. At her core, she’s motivated by growth - of brands, businesses, and the people around her. Bec has led multi-disciplinary teams across brand, eCommerce, digital, strategy, insights, product, PR and creative, with a track record of scaling brands sustainably and turning customers into communities.
Her career spans senior roles at L’Oréal and thankyou, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at frank green during its rise to iconic status (emotional support water bottle, anyone?), and General Manager of Marketing at Brownes Dairy, before stepping into her current role at Revo.
Outside of work, you’ll find her reading a good thriller, jumping on the Peloton for a HIIT ride, hiking up a mountain and thanks to her time in Melbourne, enjoying a good coffee or glass of Pinot Noir.
DJ Lee is the Co-owner/Operator of your favourite Banh Mi joint, Le Vietnam.
He has captured attention locally and internationally and even hosted a range of celebrities.
Le Vietnam has gained numerous amounts of media mentions from across the globe, including feature articles in Harper's Bazaar, SBS, QANTAS Travel Insider, Singapore Airlines Silver Kris Magazine, and TV shows aired across Australia, all the way to regular invitations for TV appearances in Vietnam.
Lee is known for pushing boundaries in Banh Mi, and collaborating with everyone from local businesses to Michelin-star chefs - being the hype-man of Perth.
A self-taught DJ, turned chef, to becoming the face of an institution of Perth's dining scene where he's championing the humble Vietnamese sandwich to new heights.
