Strategic advisory firm Nature has announced the promotion of Lizi Pritchard and John Crowley to Partner

The appointments recognise the significant contribution each has made to the growth of the business, their exceptional leadership, and the impact they continue to deliver for Nature's clients, team and business more broadly.

Lizi joined Nature seven years ago as part of the launch of the Sydney office and has played an influential role in building the business into one of Australia's leading independent advisory firms.

Alongside growing and leading some of Nature's largest client partnerships, Lizi has been instrumental in guiding the business to become, and subsequently be recertified as, a Certified B Corporation. Her influence extends well beyond Sydney, helping shape Nature's culture, values and long-term direction.

John joined Nature four years ago following an accomplished career across the UK and Australia with organisations including TLE and Fifth Dimension. He brings deep expertise in customer strategy and experience, particularly in service industries, and leads a number of key client accounts in Sydney, growing existing relationships and establishing new ones. John has played an important role in developing areas of Nature's intellectual property and supporting the continued growth of the broader business.
